What one credit gets you
A credit = one finished document: an appeal, a debt letter, a legal letter, a contract review, a template or a business-tool document. Previews, triage and deadline tracking are free — you only spend a credit when you generate a document.
Spend credits on any of the six tools — there is no separate price per tool.
No hourly billing, no per-matter fee. The subscription is the whole cost.

What is a credit?
One credit produces one generated document — a fine appeal, a debt-chasing letter, a legal letter, a contract review or a completed template. Your plan refreshes its credit allowance every month.
What is in each bundle?
Legal covers fines & appeals, debt recovery and legal letters. Operations covers contract review, the template library and the business tools. Complete unlocks both — and is cheaper than buying the two separately.
Is it priced per person?
Each subscription is a single secure business account with its own login — one plan covers your whole operation, with unlimited drivers and vehicles. Multi-user team seats are coming soon.
How does the free first month work?
The first month is free on Complete (monthly) — you get both modules to try everything, £0 today, and your card is only charged when the first month ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. One free month per business, verified at sign-up. The single Legal and Operations bundles are billed from day one.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are 12 months of use for 10 months’ payment — two months free — billed once a year. Your monthly credit allowance still refreshes every month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits are a monthly allowance and reset at the start of each billing month — they are not banked. Unlimited has nothing to run out of, subject to our fair use policy (one subscription = one business).
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account — self-service, no phone call. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. There is no minimum term.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout where applicable, and your invoice shows it separately so you can reclaim it.
